Chartered Financial Analyst Program(CFA)

The Chartered Financial Analyst Program (CFA) is a three-level postgraduate examination designed to test the fundamentals of investment tools, valuing assets, portfolio management and wealth planning. It prepares candidates to be both effective and ethical investment management professionals.

What Cambridge Professional Trainers does for you

Our trainers specialise in providing necessary language support for non-native speaker candidates for the CFA examination. In particular we can offer rigorous training in the Ethical and Professional Standards segment of the exam, in addressing the cognitive and emotional bias material, in mastering key terminology, and (for Level 3) in bringing written English up to professional standards.

  • The CFA examinations are set at three levels. All three levels are required to pass the CFA program.

The CFA charter is equivalent to a Master’s degree (and is accepted as such in the EU and the UK).

The examinations are not language tests, but require a high level of reading skill, in particular with regard to scenarios in the Ethical and Professional Standards segments of the exam.

  • The three levels of the CFA examination program offer a deepening understanding of the fundamental tools of investment management.

Questions across all three levels are multiple choice. Additionally, at Level 3, written answers and analysis are required.
